This was a wonderful hotel in a great location! So close to everything and at the same time is not overwhelmed with tourists. The loved the Kacto breakfast place nearby, and definitely recommend Arabica coffee. Thanks for having us!

此次大阪行最滿意的一家酒店，位置很方便，吃飯購物也很便利，就在高島屋旁邊。
走進酒店有股很好聞的氣味另人很舒服放鬆 ，酒店樓下有自己的超市，很多很可愛的小物件很好買。
酒店有很多綠植，住起來超舒適，有Gym room ，房間也很大，而且乾濕分離，房間內的沙發也很舒服。
總體很滿意，下次來京都還是會選擇住這裡。也會推薦給來京都的朋友們。

真實客觀的住了五晚的入住感受：酒店勝在地理位置，高島屋三樓直接聯通酒店，幾條JR線就在樓下，四條河原町中心位置，加分和溢價也基於此。房間在日本的五星級酒店算大的，我們選了帶露台和送休息室的房型，但一家環保健康自然理念主打的酒店，房間不提供一次性梳子和牙刷牙膏能理解，飲用水要去樓層的飲水機打也能理解，房間不配體重秤，房間沒有洗衣皂或者小包裝洗衣液，也沒有潤膚露，我就想説，環保不等於酒店降成本省錢吧，畢竟你三樓的有機皂、潤膚露都在賣啊，想讓客人消費，至少可以讓我們入住有基本的體驗吧。酒店早餐品種不夠豐富，和酒店本身對外營業的早餐出品差距很大，如果是地段，我覺得對面寬庭，不遠處的三條三井，corss hotel，再過去一點的大倉都值得嘗試。
