The hotel discriminates against Chinese tourists. When checking in, it is clearly stated that if cleaning is required during the stay, it is necessary to inform one day in advance and pay a fee per time. The instructions in the room also clearly state this. However, looking through the Japanese and English instructions, it only requires one day in advance and no fees are required. The two instructions are shown in the picture. Not recommended to stay

The room is neat, clean and comfortable. The heating is sufficient. The environment is quiet and not noisy. There is a special car to pick you up from the hotel when you check in near Kyoto Station. The service is attentive and well arranged.
