The room is small but clean. The two twin rooms for a family of four are just right because the room is not big and the bed is not big. The breakfast is very good. It is very close to the subway station. It is quite convenient to go to Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Kyoto and the airport.

Accommodation close to kyoto station, very close to Aeon Mall. Conveniently find things to eat, shop for uniclo, gu at Aeon Mall. They have cheaper promotions than in Osaka. Clean accommodations, can sleep up to 6 people in 4 bedrooms, put futons to sleep outside. 2 has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. Refrigerator, oven, kettle. There are also electrical appliances available to borrow such as hair curlers and gel nail dryers!?! The owner of the house is very friendly.

Nice hotel, near Kyoto station and shopping district.
7-11 nearby just walk less than 3 minutes.
Room with a dining table allows us seat together to have breakfast and dinner together.
The best facilities I like is I don’t need shower in cold air.
If I come Kyoto again this be my only choice.
Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly.👍
