After all, the open-air bath in the room is the best! There is also a tea bag, so you can enjoy the bath with the best scent! The room is clean and free beer!
When I called at midnight when I was hungry, I even got the service of Kyoto-style Oyakodon!
Breakfast is also charged, but the seasonal Kyoto vegetables were baked right in front of you and it was delicious!

This was truly a special experience. While expensive I think it was worth every penny. The food, amenities, and service were spectacular. The hotel provides complimentary snacks and drinks that are unique to kyoto. Dinner was a delicious 4 course meal again focusing on kyoto delicacies and specialities such as kyoto pickles, dashi olives, and sukiyaki. The amenities of your own private japanese garden and onsen was tranquil. Lastly the staff were very welcoming, provided useful information during dinner service, and we're extremely polite. Next time in kyoto I will definitely come again.

All of the staff, room/facilities and meals were wonderful, Shota went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and special as possible and helped us navigate day trips and itineraries . This was a very intimate setting and personalized experience

This place is all about hospitality! What amazing service. Upon entering, we were greeted, luggage taken and seated for some tea and dessert while checking in. Afterwards, we were shown to our room, and given a brief tour. And wow, what a cool room with an open air bath. Such great treatment here, it was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of tours and walking.

it was a beautiful place with exceptionally nice staff :) it’s located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with nice cafes and shops, easy to walk around and quite close to a lot of attractions. delicious breakfast with seasonal ingredients. our room was super spacious and had the most comfortable beds.

The place is magical. Very beautiful room with wooden bad tub, and great decor. Breakfast was so delicious. Every thing made our stay a pleasure, and event to remember. But the most important part was how pleasant and attending was the staff. Than you for making visits to Kyoto so special

Nazuna was the perfect cherry on top of our stay in Japan! We were stunned by the beautiful traditional ryokan interior and the expert service. We had dinner and breakfast in the ryokan, both phenomenal and some of the best food we had in Japan. Shout out to Yuri, our wonderful server who had so much knowledge to share about Japanese dining customs and was so friendly to boot!

Nazuna is a heavenly stay and is an experience of its own in Kyoto. This is my second time staying and all of the rooms are perfection. I really enjoyed eating breakfast, and having them cook it in front of me. I had a great conversation with the woman serving me. The whole staff at Nazuna were incredible and when arriving extremely late, they had a small dinner prepared for me because they knew I had a long travel day.
