Location very near to Kyoto Station. The hotel provide instant coffee free to all customer.

The room is too small. There is only a small path for one person to walk sideways when the two single beds are put together. There is no place to put the suitcase. This is the first time I have seen such a small room. I don't recommend staying here. It is really not worth 1,800 yuan a night.

Excellent location, opposite Kyoto train station and 3 minutes walk to KIX airport bus stop. Clean & cozy room & bathroom with good breakfast. Super convenient to everywhere at Kyoto.
