京都神社巡りで一泊しました。 駅近でスタッフさまの接客対応も良く、特典も沢山ありとても大満足です。 20:30までアルコールが頂けるのも、夜食にお茶漬けやフリードリンクサービスがあったりととてもありがたいです。 また京都に来る際にホテル空室があれば是非泊まりたいお宿です。 有難うございます。

新しいとの事で建物はまあまあ綺麗だが従業員が素人同然で、①チェックイン時に受付を済ませた後事務室に入ったままなかなか出てこない。しばらく待っていると「何か？」みたいな顔をされ鍵をもらっていないことを告げると、完全に忘れていた様で、嗚〜呼ーと言ったかと思うと謝りもせずただ608号室ねと鍵を渡されると言うあり得ない対応！ ②荷物が多かったのでフロントに朝まで預かって欲しいとお願いすると。「盗まれると困ります責任持てないので部屋に置いて下さい」え！盗まれる？？とこれも今まで出張でいくつもホテルに泊まりましたが初めての対応！ ③その他にも色々目が丸くなる対応でしまいには笑ってしまいました。まーこう言う他では味わえない最低なところを見たい人にはお勧めかも。

とても綺麗で快適な部屋。 スタッフの皆さんも親切。 アクセスも京都駅から近くて良かったです。 大満足な2泊3日(8/26〜8/28)でした！ ハゲ割(笑)というディスカウントサービスも面白かったし、得しました♪

Great place to stay, behind the Kyoto Station easily accessible on foot(around 5minute walk). Has access to temple and several shipping malls. Beds are a bit hard, but it's a great option.

部屋のWi-Fiがチェックするとrouterに問題があると検出されたのですが、フロントにも申し入れしましたが、今しらべてますの一点張り。凄く嫌な顔をしてフィールドバックも無し、結局朝まで繋がらなくて困りました。 お忙しいのはわかりますが、たとえ繋がらなくても、もう少し真摯な態度があるのでは無いかと思います。 言ってしまえば放置ですからね。 疲れてかえってきてるのに非常に憤慨いたしました。せめて原因の説明をするべきだと思います。混雑だから繋がらり憎いかもといわれてましたが、夜中２時３時４時と試しましたがいずれもエラーでした。こちらの端末にも不具合があるかも知れませんが新品同様ですしバージョンも新しいですし、場所も換えましたし、ルータの近くに行き再起動や何やら、やれることはやりましたのであえて、書かせて頂きました。 千葉に帰ったらSNSにもあげて問題を定義したいとおもってます。

京都駅に近いという立地のみのホテル。 1)連泊時、部屋の清掃がない。アメニティの補充やタオル交換もない。 2)フロント担当者(男性)の対応が横柄で言葉遣いも良くない。 3)大浴場も名前だけで洗い場が4か所しかない普通の風呂に毛が生えた程度の小浴場。 4)ベッドは異常に高い。 5)朝食もおかずは冷たく、品数も貧相。 ハイシーズンで宿泊費が高騰しているので価格で選んだが、価格通りの宿でした。ゲストハウスに毛が生えた程度と割り切れば良いでしょう。多分もう利用しないでしょう。

泊まり掛けで実家に行く用事があって、でもコロナ対策で実家に泊まるわけにはいかなかったので、場所が良くてお安めのホテルとして利用させていただきました。
スタッフはフレンドリーな感じで好印象でした。
部屋に置いてる周辺情報が手作りだったり、ほっこりする雰囲気がよかったです。食べる所ガイドは参考になりました。
車で行きましたが、コインパーキングが周囲にあまりないので探すのにちょっと時間がかかりました。運良く24時間900円の所を見つけられました。歩いて10分程度でしょうか。だいたい〜1200円くらいかな？
コンビニもイオンモールも食べるところも周囲にあるので、とても便利なホテルでした。
