The location is not bad by Kyoto Station standards, but it was inconvenient for sightseeing by public transportation.
The room is spacious compared to the price, but inefficient space arrangement.
The cleaning and tidying is at Chinese level.
The front desk staff gave up communication because it was a waste of time because they were often away.
The performance of the air conditioner is also poor and the noise is so great that you have to endure the level of noise in an airplane cabin to maintain the proper temperature.
It can't be called a hotel, it's on the level of an Airbnb.
No intention to revisit.

I was disappointed that the bathroom and room were not kept well-cleaned, but it was basically a comfortable space to spend time in.
