とても静かでよいところにあります。 地下鉄東西線東山駅から1分かからないロケーションは、最高です。 部屋は、ダブルでしたが、ちょうどよい広さで ベッドや布団もちょうどよい堅さで快適でした。 トイレと風呂が別々なのがとてもよかったです。 テレビにオフタイマー設定ができたのがよかったです。 （最近はできないテレビが多いので） 難点は、デスクがないところでしょうか。 一階ロビーでのセルフのドリンクサービス無料はうれしかったです。 朝食については、洋食でしたができればご飯と味噌汁があると うれしいです。 次回も利用しようと思っています。

Bad customer service related to early check-in. We arrived at 12 as a family with two children, one of whom was visibly ill. Room was available from 13. We were asked to pay an extra charge, even though we had called in advance to ensure early check-in was possible. This kind of customer service is not to be expected from a 5-star hotel.

迷うことなく到着 コンパクトで綺麗なホテル スタッフさんが親切丁寧で良かったです 部屋はスーペリアツインでしたけど それでも狭かった 必要な物は揃ってて お風呂トイレも分離でユニットバスではないのが選びの最大ポイント 最近そんな感じのホテルばっか選んでるので 洗い場があって広々身体を動かせるのが最高です ホテル近くに飲食店も多く食事に困ることもないですし ウエルカムドリンクサービスもあり 1階のラウンジスペースは使い勝手良いです
