The property itself is very well maintained, with every possible amenity available you can think of. However the idea of it being an “adult only” hotel may not be comfortable with everyone (you get the idea).
The hospitality by the staff was excellent, no doubt, food was great too, and the rooms are massive!
But getting here by public transit could be painful, as its quite a walk from the nearest train station (Takeda).

The staff was so helpful. I do not speak Japanese that did not stop the none English speaking staff, they went above and beyond to show me how to navigate. They even let me use their phone charger when I had forgotten mine. My room was clean and I felt safe being a solo traveler here.

Let it be known: it was in this love hotel that we had the largest room of our entire stay in Japan - not to mention the great bathtub! Attentive staff, 2 free drinks & 2 aperitifs (1 per person), lots of nice little bonuses and the possibility of choosing a smoking or non-smoking room... and having Domino's delivered to the hotel, since there are few restaurants around!

The rooms and food are great. The amenities are also easy to use, which is helpful. However, laundry is not explained every time, and there are no laundry bags, consent forms, and writing utensils in the room.
