酒店的工作人員都很親切，酒店離市區較遠但是每個工作人員都很盡職盡責，開車把我們送到車站，私湯和酒店風景都很好，很安靜的一個酒店，餐飲比較偏日式，個人覺得好吃，下次來京都依舊會選擇這家酒店🥺💙

此次旅行中期待值最高的酒店，但也失望最大。一、本來看圖片以為酒店會很大，景觀會很精緻，還能在酒店裡散散步，到了以後發現其實就是個很小的景觀，穿鞋衹能下來站站；二、日本的酒店隔音效果普遍都很好，三百多的相鐵都十分安靜，沒想到三四千的大原隔音那麼差！隔壁説話聽的清清楚楚，幾乎就隔一個木板的距離，所以要是運氣不好碰到一個作息不一致的鄰居那就慘了，我們早上六點不到就被隔壁的韓國客人吵醒了，哪怕他們也沒發出特別大的動靜，但是隔音效果真的太差了，還是聽的一清二楚，這點真的不值這個價；三、除了幾個套房，其他房間不帶獨立的淋浴間，有公共的泡温泉洗澡的地方，最多容納4個人，洗頭的話衹能坐在浴室的小凳子上洗，如果你十分介意和別人一起洗澡請再三考慮。
最後：酒店的早晚飯真的還不錯，尤其是晚上的日式火鍋。

我是因為去三千院看紫陽花才決定在大原住一晚，酒店幾乎就在三千院門前，是附近最好的，很乾凈，園林美，服務熱情，而且可以接送客人到大原巴士車站。美中不足的是：晚餐的時間實在太長了，前後要2個半小時多；公共浴室挺小的。其實公共浴室很少有人，要是有個私湯就好了。還有最重要的一點，三千院的紫陽花沒有宣傳的那麼好

性價比很高，泡湯的地方不大，衹能容納最多四個人，但是非常乾淨舒服，景色很好，很安靜，發發呆就能度過一整天，很適合喜歡慢節奏的人。公共交通稍有不便，但費點事也能到達。一早一晚兩頓飯都很滿意，精緻，有節奏，兩個人吃得都很開心。泡完湯還有免費的冷茶和小冰棍，旅館準備的浴衣也充滿了日式風情，真的很喜歡，很滿意
