A very beautiful hot spring hotel, the interior decoration is simple, beautiful and clean.
The staff is very kind and courteous, and their English skills are very good. Their communication with foreign tourists is excellent. It is worth staying again.

Crazily perfect place during the winter. The private onsen is a must thing to do during winter time. Match up so well with the weather. The corridor of this ryokan is good for pictures taking! Book early with hotel if you wish to wear their kimono to take pictures! Good time to spend with your loved ones.
This is the most expensive stay I have ever been to but I enjoyed it a lot!

It is a very hot Japanese hotel. The rooms are small and the stairs are very steep. It is not recommended to stay with the elderly and children. The price is expensive, and it comes with breakfast and dinner. We arrived late and didn't get dinner, but we have to pay for dinner! Very speechless 😓, overall, low cost performance, not recommended!

The whole experience was very pleasant. We appreciated the staff's extensive explanation of how the things work in Nazuna, suggestions on where to find food and how to get to the nearest shopping area. The hotel room is a separate building on its own and the designs were unique. The presentation of the breakfast were done nicely and they even offer night snack - egg sandwich. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will return in future.

I jumped out of this hotel by chance. It is a very Japanese-style hotel. It is suitable for a family of three or a couple. I took photos and checked in in the yard. My daughter said that she would come back next time.
