Room was very small for 3. Did not like their housekeeping rule of cleaning the room every 3 days when we were there for 4 nights. Other than that, the staff was friendly.

It was very average. The hotel guy had a cold face (even though I am very good at Japanese), which really shocked me. There was no Japanese service at all. Not even a fake smile. And overall it is a low-cost hotel, with no services at all, everything is self-service. The water temperature is also not good, it is hot and cold. The only advantage is that it is close to Nijo Castle.
