I had a fantastic experience at the pocket hotel. Everything was tidy, and instructions were provided thoroughly on how to use each amenity the hotel had. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Location is fantastic as well, as it has a subway station right in front, and is walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Good location, Nice lobby, nice staff and there are several restaurants besides for food. Also a supermarket few steps walk left from the hotel. Overall nice experience!

Hotels in Kyoto were expensive. I had limited budget & had to stay at this budget hostel with a good set breakfast menu.

I briefly stayed in this hotel for one night. Let me talk about the shortcomings first. There are no plugs in the room, only USB charging ports, which is a bit inconvenient. There are many delicious food near the hotel, just out of the No. 4 subway station. The location is quite good.

The check in process with machine was a bit tricky, my passport went through ok but my son’s couldn’t scan right, had to hand type and still wouldn’t work. So they took it inside to make a copy.
