Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Kawaramachi Jokyoji

The room was great, clean and tidy, and the surroundings were very quiet. The location is excellent, as you can walk to the commercial street, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Kamo River from here. The price was also very reasonable, and there's a public bath.

Comprehensive and exquisite breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Decent room. There was a restaurant we couldn't find at the time, and the front desk staff, both a lady and a gentleman, specifically took out a map and patiently helped us locate it, even offering recommendations. This left a lasting impression on us.

This is my favorite hotel in Kyoto. The attention to detail is excellent, and the amenities are great. The room was perfectly adequate, not large but very charming. In the morning, I also enjoyed being able to book and attend the morning service at the temple next door. I loved it.

The room was a decent size with enough space to open two suitcases. It was clean and tidy. Even though it's close to a bustling downtown area, it was surprisingly quiet, and I had an undisturbed sleep. The subway and bus stations are right nearby, making getting around super convenient. There's a fridge in the room, and the building also has an ice machine.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's a two-minute walk to the Kawaramachi shopping district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and catching the subway. Plus, there's a yakiniku restaurant right next to the hotel that's delicious and very reasonably priced. A great experience overall!

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's just a 5-minute walk from the subway station and right in a lively residential area. Eating and shopping are incredibly convenient, and it's even within walking distance to several attractions!

The room's location is excellent, nestled in a small alley less than thirty meters off Shijo Kawaramachi, Kyoto's busiest area. It offers a quiet escape while being incredibly convenient for transport. The hotel has a very Japanese aesthetic, and the rooms and facilities feel new and very clean.
