差不多2200先到酒店
好彩有24小時前枱 而職員都懂得簡單英語
所以checkin 過程還順利
基本日常衛生用品 前枱對面可自取
甚至有Body cream & Mouth wash
味道都是正常香香的 可以用
電梯要用房卡拍一下就會自動幫你按好樓層
很方便
但有點慢還小
所以Checkout 時/ 趕行程的最好預留多一點時間
電梯一出 樓層外就有一個公用的水機
只有冷水/常溫水可用
至少這4天我都喝它 並沒有肚子痛
房間有點小
我只帶了一個20吋行李箱都有點難開
但環境挺乾淨的
浴室 有浴缸 也有Body wash, conditioner and shampoo
還可以用
覺得房間服務挺好
盡管你不需要清潔
但工作人員也會把一袋新的毛巾、浴袍、拖鞋和minibar 的咖啡粉和茶包掛在房門前
方便我們更換新的和享用
很用心的地方
體驗不錯 有機會會再光臨

房間較小，24寸行李箱放地下是打不開的。。。
雖然説是離烏丸御池地鐵站近。但是去哪裡都有點距離。。走得累。

Very comfortable and clean room, with all amenities needed for a traveler. Staff was helpful, there's a nice restaurant with authentic Japanese.

位置很不錯，在烏丸御池站1號出口直走一小段距離再左轉就到。附近有711，全家，24小時營業的超商freshco，兩三家戶外用品店。也有巴士去金閣寺和嵐山。周圍是民居，很寧靜，很喜歡在附近散步，非常舒服！喜歡步行，經常在三條或四條用餐後走回來，大約十幾分鐘的樣子！
房間算大的，基本的東西都有。我五月中入住沒有裝修氣味。枕頭對我來說太軟，但這個無傷大雅。
看了其他旅客的留言說入住時房間清潔不太細緻，我也發現了這個問題。checkin之後發現盥洗盆的流水口插著一隻女士細髮夾🤣拜託黑色的對比很明顯。還有紙巾盒上一層淡淡的灰是我自己擦掉的。除此之前其他都不錯！
下次再訪京都還會訂這邊！：）
希望清潔再做好一些！
