位置較偏僻周邊沒有能吃早餐的地方（酒店稍晚就訂不到早餐）
酒店很小，價格貴但享受不到應有服務…第一天入住發現床上有污漬，睡後皮膚癢⋯第二天發現茶杯都沒有洗⋯⋯⋯

酒店職員的接待十分殷勤，尤其前台的職員，由經理同團隊都能細心照顧客人的需要，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。
地點位於京都市中心，鄰近二條城前站，方便前往各個觀光點。
酒店周遭有多間名物店，以及美味的串燒店和拉麵店，便利店也有很多間。
如日後再到京都會再選擇這間酒店。

先説缺點：1. 大床是2張小床拼起來的，很難想象這個五星級酒店是這樣的，而且床墊很薄中間的坑越睡越大，床墊被推到兩邊了
2. 空調開一會兒會有疙瘩聲，反映給酒店了，不知道他們會不會修好
再説優點：1. 服務很很很很好！
2. 在二條城旁邊步行300米就到了，地鐵站、公交車站都很方便
3. 酒店環境很好
