숙소는 매우 마음에 들었어요! 위치도 좋아서 맛집탐방이나
지하철이 가까워서 놀러가기 편했습니다! 공간은 조금 협소한데 침대는 매우 넓고 천장이 높아서 좋았어요! 화장실도 혼자쓰기 불편함 없고 만족합니다. 단지 프론트 직원분들이 조금 불친절했습니다... 저는 영어를 잘못하기도 하고 일본에 왔으니까 미숙하지만 일본어로 말씀해주시길 부탁드렸는데 일본어가 능숙하신 걸 확인하시더니 영어로 계속 말씀하시더라구요. 그리고 이해 못할 때 답답해하시는 게 표정에 다 들어나서 개인적으로 조금 부끄러웠습니다. 마지막에 체크아웃하고 다 끝났다 가셔도 된다라는 걸 제가 조금 늦게 이해하고 알겠다라고 하려고했는데 옆에 있는 동료분이 문을 가리키며 GO! 하고 조금 큰소리 내신 게 아직도 기억에 남습니다🥹 한국인 직원 배치까지는 바라지 않지만 언어는 조금 부족해도 이해해주시고 천천히 들어주시면 좋겠어요...

房間有點小，但是很乾凈，枕頭很舒服，床墊也很不錯，不會太軟，也不會太硬，床單被套很白很乾凈，洗手間也很乾凈，除了房間有點小，沒毛病。前台英語比較差，但是基本能溝通，態度很好，體驗感不錯。地鐵大宮站出來不到一百米，酒店旁邊就是地鐵5號口，但是我們出地鐵的時候，就是先找不到5號口，從3號口出來，過個馬路，走幾十米就到了。交通很方便，從大宮站坐地鐵，兩站就到了商業中心河源町，人山人海的購物中心。

3度目の利用になります。清潔感と、フロントのスムーズ な対応、立地が気に入っています。時期によって価格の変動が激しいので、4000～6000円くらいの時期を狙うとお得感があります。その価格のクラスのホテルより高級感があります。
