The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from Kyoto Station. There is a cafe and restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and there are many places to eat around. Behind it is Yodobashi, which is quite nice to visit.

The location was good as opposite Kyoto Station otherwise average rooms. No coffee in rooms only tea but that could be as they have a coffee shop on ground floor, laundry room has only 2 washers and dryers so lucky if you'll find these available.

It's just opposite Kyoto Station, so the transportation is very convenient. Although the room is small, the one I stayed in only had a small window, which is similar to the pipes between buildings, but it wins in terms of price and location. The front desk can also communicate in English.
