酒店位置很棒，吃飯購物都方便，出門左手邊就是鴨川，休閑的時候去散散步心情很好。房間乾淨整潔，就是淋浴的話要跨浴缸，要當心一點，我們早上出門晚上回來的時候房間都會被打掃乾淨，住着非常舒服。

朝御飯がとても充実している。
海外のホテルのフリーバッフェに慣れているツーリストには信じられない充実ぶりだと思う。とても残念なのは、小さいけど美味しいオニギリが4月でサービスが終わってしまったこと。何時の日か復活を期待する。
部屋の広さや部屋からの眺望に期待できるものは何もないが、それを補うだけの朝御飯の充実ぶりである。そして、ロケーションの良さも大きな評価ポイントだ。京阪三条駅が至近で、徒歩圏内に多くの飲食店があり便利なことこの上ない。

酒店設施陳舊，房間小，室內裝修也是暗色調，所以房間內很暗；衞生狀況很糟糕，浴缸裏還有之前住户殘留的雙眼皮貼和頭髮…不會再選擇這家，供參考
