The Japanese-style tatami I stayed in was quite comfortable. The room was not big and it was okay for three people. The location was very good and very close to Kyoto Station. It was very convenient to travel. Thank you to the ********* Ms. Zhang at the front desk for her very good and considerate service and she helped me solve a lot of problems. Travel issues.

After comforting my exhausted soul and physical strength in Osaka in Kyoto, I set off for Korea. Since the accommodation was close to Kyoto Station, just across the street, there was no strain on my tired legs, and a soak in the large public bath after dinner relieved some of my fatigue. In particular, the Korean staff was very kind and helped me make reservations for the limousine bus to Kansai Airport, so I arrived at the airport comfortably. I wasted so much energy in Osaka that I couldn't even look around Kyoto, so I want to come back to Kyoto again, but I'll book this hotel then too. The tatami room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the accommodation was clean, and all the other Japanese staff were friendly. ^^ The kids also said they enjoyed the tatami room experience and the yukata, and they enjoyed the free beer and rested comfortably before leaving. The breakfast was also delicious. .^^
Because I had to leave early in the morning, I couldn't even say thank you to the Korean staff. I don't know if you'll see the review, but thank you so much.^^

Really love the location as it’s only 2 minutes walk from Kyoto station! The staff was really hospitable and I enjoyed the breakfast spread as well. Family friendly hotel which was well worth the money.

This is a very average hotel. Location is good, close to Kyoto station but far from night life. The cleanness in the room is decent but the lobby has a bad smell, kind of like old smoke. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The public bath is nice and clean. There is no coffee in the room or in the lobby, you should go and buy coffee in the morning. They provide Japanese style PJ and free beer in the afternoon which is nice.

Although it is a traditional Japanese restaurant, the service is good and the location is good. The room was big and the dinner was delicious. The colors are different after staying there for 2 consecutive days. Great housing experience

Even though I had intended to arrive at 6pm, I received a phone call to confirm that the arrival time was 7pm and the meal was scheduled for 7pm. My daughter had mentioned that it was a birthday trip for me when I made the reservation, so she gave me a wonderful surprise at dinner, which I was very impressed with. There was no one in the bathroom, so I was able to relax in the private bath.The people at the front desk and the people who helped me with meals were all very pleasant people, and it was a great memory.Thank you very much. My daughter and I are talking about wanting to go again.
