Service beyond expectations. It's really great!
In the morning, I changed into a full set of suits and handed over my luggage to the hotel reception when I checked out. I originally wanted to take my luggage back after the afternoon activity and head to the bathroom next to the reception to change into short clothes and casual clothes.
After returning to the hotel in the afternoon, the front desk staff gave me not a suitcase but a room key. It turned out that when they saw me going out in that costume, they expected me to change clothes as soon as I returned, so they arranged for me a vacant room and put my luggage in the room. In this way, I can change into casual clothes in the room, and even go back home after washing. Learned again.

スタッフの対応は親切・丁寧、節分祭の詳しい情報をいただいた。 チェックイン時に紙パックの緑茶1本貰う。 2種類のウェルカムドリンク、ソフトクリーム。いつでも食べられるアイスバーもある。 ツインベッド、長いテーブルと長いソファ、角形テーブルと椅子2脚のゆったりとした部屋、窓からは比叡山と大文字山が見える。 ガラス窓は珍しく2重になっている。 部屋は少し暗いが、読書灯がある。 バスタブ・洗面台・トイレが一体になった浴室はやや狭く段差がある。 大浴場は男湯3階、女湯4階。 脱衣場は広く、ロッカー24個 浴室にはカランが9台1列に並んでいる。 浴槽は3m＊4mくらいの大きさ、湯の温度は40度位、熱くもなくぬるくもなく快適 このホテルを起点に白峯神宮・吉田神社・上賀茂神社・釘抜地蔵・千本ゑんま堂・千本釈迦堂・清浄華院・廬山寺を訪れた。
