The room was so small that two suitcases could not be opened. Because we did not book a non-smoking room, there was a smell when we opened the room. There was a road downstairs, and cars and motorcycles were very noisy in the middle of the night. The decoration of the room was very old, at least more than 20 years old. There was no other advantage except that it was close to Kyoto Station. I highly do not recommend it
