🎎Kasui-en The Westin Miyako Kyoto The Sukiya-style annex of the Westin Miyako Kyoto was built in 1959; it was designed by Togo Murano, an important Japanese postwar architect, and is regarded as a masterpiece of modern Japanese architecture. The interior renovation by Takushi Nakamura in 2021 has greatly increased comfort and professional butler service. Facilities: 🫣 The temperature was quite cold when I checked in at the beginning of March. Because the bedding was very comfortable, I slept soundly on the first night, but on the second night, because it rained heavily during the day, the air conditioning temperature in the room could only rise to about 20 degrees at night. The windows were not well sealed and the cold wind would come in. I had to put the small heater in the living room into the bedroom and use a large bath towel as a windbreak😂, so ⛔️ A small reminder should not be suitable for winter stays.

I originally wanted to stay at the Four Seasons or the Ritz-Carlton, but they couldn't book it in mid-March. I chose the Westin Annex Jia Shuiyuan. The main building is Western-style, and the annex has traditional Japanese tatami mats and beds. It is suitable for families, children, and friends to travel on vacation. .

The service is great and the environment is very good. Jia Shuiyuan is just inside the Westin. The concierge will help you transport your luggage to the house. Breakfast is hard to say because I can't eat Japanese or Western breakfast. I also gave a companion when I left. Give us a gift

It's not worth the price, so don't choose this hotel. There is no doubt that all hotels in Japan are very hygienic. This hotel room is almost freezing in the winter, because Japan does not have floor heating, only air conditioning. The glass is single-layered, and the air conditioning stops running at some point, so we are all very cold. I called and got a small heater that was worth ten thousand a day. Breakfast is a continental dish that looks rich but has not adapted to Chinese people! My husband is a European and even he said that I could at least have a bowl of porridge while staying in a hotel in Tokyo for 3,000 days. And I am already very tolerant of things. If you don’t believe it, please go and see for yourself. There is ice cream, but not xiaolongbao, and no rice porridge. Porridge is only included in the set meal. I was stingy when I chose that set meal and didn't let you choose the buffet. I didn't eat much, but I thought the hotel layout was too low! And the set menu cannot be selected every day. All in all, I won't come back to this hotel again, it's so stupid.
