酒店一個年紀大的服務員對客人態度不太友好，第一晚給安排的房間很小，房間雖然設施不錯，但是佈局，不合理，住的不舒適。
五分好評要給攜程，跟攜程反應房間太小不是我定的圖片上的房間，攜程積極聯繫酒店，第二天換到滿意的房間，並承擔了加床的費用作為補償。售後還是有保障的。
