衝著有温泉隨便找的。雖然跟我預想的温泉體驗好像還是有點差別，就衹是泡熱水池的感覺。1400在中國肯定算貴，在日本，不太清楚，沒有試過別的。衹有温泉，也不會有更多別的設施（桑拿之類的）。比起商務酒店，房間還是夠大的（我可能被日本的房間PUA慣了）。選的房間打開窗剛好正對鴨川。要是能選房間就好了，給到的房間是301，剛好給樹擋住。要是再高一層就可以俯瞰鴨川。

住的榻榻米，房間是日本遊住的最大的一個房間，房間很乾凈，第二天要趕新幹線，酒店幫我們定了出租車，服務很不錯，環境安靜，就是晚了儘量不要出門，位置還是有點偏，路上行人不多

旧久邇宮邸跡に建てられたホテルです。今回は、町内の懇親会で寄せていただきました。会食後は、綺麗な石庭をながめました。またここから鴨川公園に降りられます。

父もKKRの組合員でしたので系列の宿泊施設をたびたび利用しました。かつては、全国にたくさんの宿泊施設があったのですが。。 その頃の、古き良き雰囲気を残している宿でした。過剰なサービスや大げさな装飾がなく、必要十分条件を充分に満たしている、そんな宿です。掃除も行き届いていました。 ２泊しましたが、場所がいいのでどこに行くにも便利でした。 夕食は１日だけ宿でいただきました。おいしかったけど....２食付きー朝食のみ＝夕食の費用。。を考えると、ちょっとどうかな...という感じがしました。ただ京都は予約が取りづらいし、ちょっと名のあるところは高い！ので、一泊だけなら大ありだと思います。 熱海のKKRから運ばれてきたという大浴場もありました。どうやって？トラックで？遠くからトラックで輸送さ荒れる食料は、二酸化炭素の排出量が大きいから、フードマイレージが大きい。。。温泉の場合、熱海から京都までトラック輸送なら、ホット・スプリング・マイレージ(造語、ですが...)が高いのでは？？ それが気になって、★をひとつ減らしました。

鴨川ビュー＆温泉大浴場＆露天風呂＆送迎有というので連泊で泊まってみました。１泊素泊まり一人利用で、和室（鴨川側）は5000円、洋室ツイン（鴨川側）は6000円、というお値打ち価格でしたから、このお値段なら★４つを付けてもいいかな、と思います。お部屋は年季が入ってて、お掃除は丸く掃く感じで…。ですが、東山連峰＆鴨川ビューは素晴らしい眺めですし、由緒ある元宮邸のお庭のラウンジからの眺めも素敵です。大浴場は小ぶりですけど、京都の市街地のど真ん中に露天風呂のある宿は珍しいですし…。鴨川河畔までお庭を抜けて10秒で出られますから、散歩するのにもとてもいい立地です。こういう付加価値を喜べる方にはお薦めしますが、お値段次第ですね。私たちはいつも、宿代は抑えてお食事は京都の名店で、というスタイルなので、素泊まりにしましたが、ラウンジのランチは悪くはなかったですよ。ちなみに周辺にも手頃な飲食店やパン好きが集まるパン屋さんがあり、コンビニも近くにあるので、素泊まりでも朝・夕ともに困りませんでした。
