PARK HOTEL KYOTO

호텔시설은 전반적으로 좋았으나 이때까지 일본여행 많이 다녔는데 이렇게불친절한 호텔은 처음이네요 체크인할때 동생이 일본어 할줄알아서 일본어로 말하니 돌아오는건 영어네요;;; 무시당하는 느낌이 들어서 체크인하고 부터 상당히 기분이 좋지않았어요 청소는 포함이 되어있지 않았어도 어느 호텔을 가던지 새로운 수건을 문앞에다 걸어주었어서 당연히 있을줄 알았는데 없었습니다. 2일연박이라 수건을 요청하니 문앞에 없냐고 하길래 없다고 하니 1시간 반을 기다리라고 하더라구요. 오후 6시에 도착했는데 8시반에 줄수있다고 하더라고요. 샤워하하려고 하는데 수건2장에 근 2시간이라뇨 … 방에 올라와서 샤워를 바로 하고싶어 전화로 지금 줄수없냐고 하니 30분 더 기다려달라고 했고 노크를 해서 나가보니 아무도 없었습니다. 복도쪽이 부스럭 거려 3분정도 기다리니 어느 창고에서 가져다주더라고요. 보통 수건을 가지고 노크를 하는게 맞지않나요 ..? 아침에는 아침인사 없이 앉아서 그냥 카드만 받고 체크아웃을 도와주더군요. 이렇게 불친절한 호텔처음입니다. 어제오후 수건응대받은 분과 체크아웃할때 같은 직원이였습니다. 여행간 기분을 다 망칠정도로 불쾌했습니다. 旅行が良くなっかたんです。親切じゃなくて不便でした。

The location of the Park Hotel is very good. It allows friends to go on a trip to see cherry blossoms without any transportation. I will continue to book Park Hotel. I hope to stay at Park Hotel next time in Kyoto.

房間有點小，沒有打掃服務，去地鐵站很方便

The worst hotel I have stayed in in Japan. The area is relatively large. I booked 3 rooms. There was a strong smell of body odor as soon as you entered the room. You couldn't sleep at all. At first, the hotel said that the room was full during the cherry blossom season and would not change the room. It said that the staff would go to the room to deodorize the room after the guests went out to play. However, after we went out and came back at 9 or 10 o'clock, the smell was still so strong that we couldn't stay. I felt that the staff were not there. came! ! I can only spray water and perfume, open the windows, and turn down the air conditioner to ventilate... After complaining in the middle of the night, I brought the staff to the room and smelled it myself. I asked for a forced room change, and then I agreed to wait for other guests to leave the next day and change to another room, but the room I changed still smelled... This is the most dissatisfying stay I have had in Japan for so many days. Other hotels are full of people even during the cherry blossom season, and they are not clean and tasteless. All I can say is that you should choose carefully.

호텔이 생각보다 방도 넓고 쾌적하고 좋았습니다 다만 교토의 주요 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있어요 그래도 걸어서 10분 이내에 지하철역이 있어서 괜찮습니다

Apart from the geographical location, there are no advantages. The price of Sakura Season is 1,400➕RMB per day, and the quality is similar to that of a fast hotel like the 7 Days Inn chain... The shortcomings are summarized as follows: ① The windows are not very soundproof, and our room is on the 5th floor and not close to the road. But the traffic on the street outside kept rumbling all night long, and I was forced to buy earplugs to fall asleep the next day. ②The hygiene was the worst in our entire trip to Japan. There was something like white powder left by previous guests on the table next to the bed, and the bathroom was full of toothpaste stains, which was shocking. ③The room only has two bottles of water and a pair of toothbrushes, other items must be obtained at the front desk. ④The service staff who clean the room every morning will swipe the card directly to enter the door regardless of whether there is anyone in the room. The anti-theft lock must be hung, otherwise it will be very scary. All in all, given the quality of this hotel, it is basically a big mistake to stay for more than 500 yuan.
