This was my second time staying here and great service as always. Love their hotel breakfast and the location is in the middle of two stations. If you arrive during the Sakura period, you would be greeted by amazing views of the canals the moment you step out of the hotel entrance. Service was great as well and there is an in-house onsen that is very clean and relaxing.

Great location near Nishiki Market, Imperial Palace and Gion shopping street. It's also next to the Kamo river where there are amazing alleys of restaurant and shopping.
The room is very spacious and comfortable. Toilet, Vanity Basin and bathing area is separated which is a great plus! Hotel staff is extremely friendly and amenities are free for taking at the hotel lobby. Lovely stay.
