Very decent hotel and very well located!
It is maintained, modern and clean.
The room we took was very large and pleasant. The bathroom and toilet area is very well thought out!
We have coffee, tea and other drinks available.
Some receptionists were very cold and others (including one woman) were very pleasant.
Overall decent stay.

The second time I came to Kyoto, I chose this treasure hotel. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Tozai Line Karasuma Oike Station, and even closer to the Namboku Line, so it is convenient to go everywhere. Although the room is not big, it is well soundproofed, new and clean. There are free coffee and tea drinks on the first floor during the day, so you can sit there and work. If there is a downside, the refrigerator in the room is a bit noisy. In order not to disturb my sleep, I unplugged the refrigerator.

I checked in late at night, but they were able to help me right away. There were many overseas guests and the staff were mostly foreigners, but they spoke good Japanese and there were no problems. The room wasn't large, but it had all the basic necessities, was clean, and I had a comfortable stay! If you don't mind not having a bathtub, the location is good and I recommend it. The breakfast was delicious ✨ I was also happy that I could drink coffee in my room.

Great hotel! 3 stars for this hotel is definitely underrated. A short walking distance to nishiki market and very near to subway station too! Very convenient. Comfortable bed as well. Overall, a very plesant stay!
