The room is cleaned in a timely manner, and a full set of quality and comfortable pajamas is provided every day, which is really considerate! Don't miss the lounge on the second floor of the hotel. Snacks are provided three times a day in the morning, noon and evening. The carefully designed teas, snacks, and fine wines are all very thoughtful. Next time I come to Kyoto, I will choose to stay in this hotel again! I have recommended it to friends and family😊.

The room is very small and has a musty smell. The window can't even be opened for ventilation. The decoration is simple, and they don't even bother to put up wall cloth. Almost all four walls are white. The carpet is also cheap, and it feels like the domestic all-seasons. The bedding is not good, and it feels fuzzy when sleeping. The reception area is very small, the breakfast room is also small, and it is not a buffet, you can only eat set meals. There is not even fruit. I checked on Google Maps that it is not a five-star hotel, so how can Ctrip's ticket booking still be five-star. Except for the good location, there are almost no advantages. I strongly recommend to avoid it.

The price is more than twice that of similar hotels in Kyoto. I thought it would be very good. Although it was renovated in 2022, there was a very irritating smell as soon as I entered the room, like the smell of a newly renovated house, because all the windows in the room could not be opened, and it all depended on the purifier in the house. I wanted to check out, but the front desk totally disagreed and would not refund for one night! In desperation, I finally changed to a room with a slightly smaller smell, but it cost 12,000 yen more per night! It's not over yet. When I went to bed, I found it was very noisy. It was next to the main road, the sound of motorcycles blasting the street, the sound of police cars, etc. I couldn't fall asleep at all for one night! The worst hotel experience ever, choose carefully, family members! After drinking the 2 bottles of mineral water in the hotel room, you have to pay for mineral water. This is the first time I have seen a hotel that charges for mineral water. I am ignorant. Overall, the price is very expensive, but the experience is very bad. It is not worth it. Don't encounter such a hotel when you travel. It will affect the entire itinerary. (Thanks to Ctrip for communicating in the middle.
