The facilities were good, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I plan to use it again next time.

The stay was very comfortable. I don't know if it was because I speak good English... 1. I didn't want a room near the street, so I was given a great garden view room 2. The service was very good, but it was interesting that there was no one at the front desk when I checked in, and the staff inside didn't seem to want to come out to serve. A ********* aunt next to me asked in slightly ordinary English, but no one responded. She spoke fluent English, and even though I got pig liver red, she served me very quickly. The smile was also very standard. 3. The hygiene was good. The room was generally very clean, which I was very satisfied with. Because I stayed at the Westin Kyoto the next day, the hygiene was very bad, which was a contrast. 4. There was no bottled water in the room. I'm not sure if it's for environmental protection? The phone response was very fast. Anyway, I will choose this price next time, but I always feel that they only provide good service for "English fluent to the level of native speakers". The hotel is very new. Although the rooms are small like other Japanese hotels, all the furniture and facilities are still in very new condition. The service is also good. Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is quite high. I will choose it again in the future!

친구들과 여행시 방 2개를 이용했고, 위치도 좋았지만, 방 컨디션이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 프론트도 너무 친절하시고, 교토에 다시 방문하면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다. ^^v

酒店離地鐵站很近，房間面積在日本還算比較大，早餐種類和口味也還不錯。 缺點是酒店給我們安排的房間在二樓臨街一側，噪聲很大，十分影響入住體驗。
