Gorgeous hotel with a convenient location close to the core of Kyoto. It's quiet yet easily accessible to the noisier/crowded parts ie. Sanjo station or department stores. It's comfortable enough for a couple with a huge bathroom and a separate toilet area. A delicious welcome drink & snack was offered upon arrival and they have a free snack bar downstairs where the onsen & laundry area is. The onsen was very clean with amenities provided and enough lockers/ cosmetics station(hair dryer & lotions/gels). I saw a lot of tourists from different countries staying here and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Saw some comments about the fire station/ noise but it didn't really bother me or my husband much so I found it quite minor as everything else worked out well with my itinerary and trip plans. Greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to revisit again soon.

Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The interior is designed in a tatami style, which is quite comfortable. The space is also good and large boxes can be opened. It's also very close to the subway entrance. The service is warm and attitude is good.

A very good hotel. Although our room type is only on the roadside and at the end of the corridor, it is not as noisy as expected. The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel has its own hot spring, gym and snack bar, which is very considerate. They will also give you souvenirs before you leave. Convenience stores, subways and buses are very convenient near the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!
