Msg them about my earpods that I left behind, don't get any reply. Msg them before the trip about baby cot, also no reply. Disappointing service

Because the hotel has to go down one flight of stairs, although there will be staff to help carry things, it is still inconvenient if there are children or elderly people. I live on the 4th floor. When I go out from the elevator, I can see the building opposite from the corridor. Every time I pass by at night, there is always loud chatter and laughter from the building opposite.

The morning tour was conducted in Japanese unfortunately which made it difficult to understand even there is an English pack prepared by the hotel.
The room is huge and we love it. Very clean as well.

I booked breakfast at this hotel. What surprised me was that I could make my own bread. The steps were very simple and the experience was great! If I go to Kyoto again, I will continue to choose it!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Kyoto. Apart from the inconvenience of pushing luggage through the stairs at the entrance, everything else is really good. Although it is a self-service hotel, it is very clean and convenient. The main room is very spacious and has a refrigerator. You can also make your own breakfast, which is very interesting. Recommend 👍

There are no light-shielding curtains on the 2-bed part, and you will be woken up early. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep quality. 3 Because it is similar to a youth hostel, people pass through the corridor from time to time, which affects privacy. However, the morning tour is really enjoyable. If you want to stay, you must make an appointment to participate in this part, which is a big bonus. The location is pretty good, recommended.
