這是位於京都四條和五條之間的酒店，地理位置優越，距離四條地鐵站很近，酒店服務很好，周邊吃飯的地方也多，酒店的房間在日本還算寬敞，乾淨整潔。不錯的出行選擇。

入住時根據我們一家三口的需求，前台樑先生給了我高齡父親九樓朝陽的商務大床房，並讓我和母親在酒店滿房情況下第二天從八樓也搬至九樓，以便於我們同樓層就近相互照應，非常人性化。
入住期間我父親不慎在京都遺失個人物品，樑先生及其同事得知後主動為我們聯繫相關協會和警局發佈尋找通知，為我們後來終於找回失物起到了很好的溝通協助，萬分驚喜。
在英語運用不普遍的京都，住在能提供國語英語多語種服務的酒店，為旅行添幾分輕鬆，太有必要了。
我覺得在京都選住這間酒店高樓層我父親入住的那種大床房還是不錯的，性價比很好。朝西的房間光線足但與街對面的酒店房間對視，朝東的房間視野會更開闊。但切切別被分到我所入住的窗户對着隔壁樓牆面的雙床房間，住着會覺得堵得慌。
而我這間房的房價是我父親大床房的近乎一倍，就會感覺比較坑了。看過了逃生路線的房屋佈局圖，這是位置最差的一個房間，很遺憾。

交通方便的，地鐵出來要走一段，提示的出口沒電梯，這個找個其他出口出來可能更好。jr的話，門口有公交坐到jr京都站，很方便。去周邊景點也方便，能走路的話走去清水寺也沒覺得遠。房間不算大，但是很乾凈，窗花設計很漂亮，顯得房間很温馨。床略微偏軟，對於喜歡睡硬床的我們有點遺憾😞

前台的服務員素質很差，沒耐心，特別是那個滿臉油光的男的，一點不像星級酒店的人員，更不像日本的服務態度。對房間不滿意提出換房，他説你可以出去住，明天再回來退房也可以的。兩千多的價格，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，也沒有配瓶裝水，頭回見住酒店沒有配瓶裝水的！！整體感覺就像國內七天連鎖酒店，卻收着五星級的價格，可以選擇其他酒店的情況下不建議選擇這家，花錢又受氣！
