This hotel is definitely more than 4 points, I think it should be above 4.8. The only drawback is that it is a little far from Kyoto Station on foot, but it is very close by train. Every day someone cleans the room, replenishes the supplies, and changes clean towels, bath towels and yukatas. When I first checked in, the air conditioner was turned on, and it felt so cool instantly! The station is also very close, and you can basically get to the attractions by taking a bus. The cost-effectiveness is super high, and I will choose this place next time I go!

The hotel will automatically send you an email the day before to notify you of the password. Check-in went smoothly. It is within a 10-minute walk from JR. The accommodation is very Japanese-style and clean. Unfortunately, the wooden bathtub is a bit moldy and difficult to maintain. Nice house with average services
Front desk staff may arrive late so there are chances that you need to wait under the sun as all doors closed and you can only contact them by email during that time (not very responsive)
Thin wall so may hear people talking in midnight
Good experience overall despite the above
Beds and tatami are very comfortable and smell good
Taxi costs ard 1,000yen from kyoto station to the house
