Breakfast and dinner was great and perfect specially dinner, just small problem was in rooms, Tv was so old (like 20 years old model), and room was so dark because of small lights inside room, about location i can say that hotel is in best place of the city, both city center and sea side

Thieves!!! taking advantage of old lady, my grandmother has Alzheimer's and it’s very bad memory loss she paid £666 for few days as we have a wedding and all the family is staying there. She got confused of where she was and wanted to check out; they checked her out and when I came to pick her up she said when are we going to the hotel? I took her back to the hotel and they said they weren’t giving her room back or money. I explained she’s got memory loss and didn’t mean to leave. the receptionist basically said he didn’t care and that they gave her room away but she can buy another room. So they kept the money and refused to give her a room back even though she paid. She later fell down and broke her arm. The hotel is a joke and full of crooks! Do not recommend! The receptions is a total joke!

fiyat - performans ilişkisi çok iyi bir otel. Yemekleri çok lezzetli , kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çeşitliliği ***et yeterli. Restorant da çalışan arkadaşlar da çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Resepsiyon sa Ömer bey dahil tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz. Odamızın büyüklüğü - temizliği ve konumu çok güzeldi. Denizi çok temiz ve pırıl pırıl. Tekrar gelebileceğimi bir otel . Kesinlikle beklentilerinizin üzerinde memnun kalacaksınız .

07.03.2024 tarihi itibariyle 7 gece 8 gün konaklamam hakkında; Temizlik,oda servisi,ön büro vb aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda haddinden fazla memnuniyetsiz ayrıldığım ve genel müdür pozisyonlarının boş olduğunu düşündüğüm işletmemsi yer.Zaten beklentim düşük bir şekilde gitmeme rağmen bırakın tatmin olmayı,sinir krizine girmeden tatilimi bitirebilmem resmen Allahın lütfuydu.Bu yorumu okuyan kişilere tek tavsiyem hemen başka bir yer bulun,merak etmeyin buradan daha kötüsünü bulmanız çok zor.

Kış dönemi olduğu için otelin imkanlarını çok kullanmadık. Şehir merkezine yakın olduğu için servisle merkeze gittik. Günde 3 kere merkeze servisi var. ******da çok vakit geçirdik. Hizmet kalitesi üst düzey bir ****** . Özellikle personellerden İsmail Aslan bize çok yardımcı oldu ona ayrıca teşekkür ederim . Otelde de Semih bey çok yardım etti ona da teşekkür ederiz. Sezonda da gitmiştim kendini daha da geliştirmiş . Tam bir fiyat / performans oteli

biz 5 kişi gittik otele ve çok memnun kaldık odalar temizliği ve konforu çok iyiydi restaurant temiz ve servis personeli kibar ve çalışkanlardı,tüm servis malzemeleri çok temizdi ve mutfak lezzet ve sunum açısından çok iyiydi kısacası çok memnun kaldık kıbrıs 3 kez gidiyoruz ama vuni palace harikaydı seneyeki tercihimizde vuni palace olacaktır
