"Disappointing. Whilst the staff are friendly and the accommodation is clean the place is let down with silly but important issues. We booked a Deluxe Studio with a balcony. How they have the cheek to call an area of 15” deep a balcony I don’t know. The only livings things which benefitted from this is the cooing pigeons who were pooping everywhere. For us a balcony means somewhere to sit out and have a tea/ coffee - no chance! Thought we’d give the Restaurant a go this evening. Again the Waiter was polite and helpful. We chose 3 different dips as starters; 2 were not available so we chose alternatives. All were tasty and well presented. Then we asked for the wine menu prior to selecting our main course - no white or rose available. We were, however, offered the only white wine they had - a mediocre bottle of Sauvignon for €50! Needless to say we didn’t stay for our meal, choosing to move on to a restaurant which could serve what was advertised in their menu. As I said issues which shouldn’t arise. The tourist season is underway and whilst you are going to find that certain things aren’t available, a restaurant should not run out of both white and rose. Don’t advertise what is clearly not available."

"For a hotel rated 3 star this place excels. The staff are very welcoming and friendly particularly Melissa in reception who will sort out any problems and advise on the locality. The bar area is very comfortable and as we were there in March the staff lit a lovely log fire in the lounge after dinner. The bar “ measures “ are on the generous side while the prices are startlingly low! Really recommend the Brandy Sours! The pool area is large and well maintained. There are a variety of different types of room-some modernisation is on going - ours was a large bedroom with walk in shower overlooking the pool. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed daily. We look forward to returning as this hotel is like a home from home !"

"Make sure to book Building 4, as it's the newest and recently renovated. Always opt for a deluxe room (Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are older). The hotel boasts an excellent central location with a supermarket downstairs. Diagonally across from the supermarket, there's an owl-recommended restaurant that serves delicious food 👍 at fair prices with friendly staff ❤️. About 50 meters from this restaurant, towards the main intersection, you'll find a fantastic dessert 🍮 and coffee ☕️ shop called "Mine." Additionally, you can walk 🚶‍♀️ from the hotel to the castle 🏰 and KIBHAS (the bus 🚌 station for airport transfers and Kyrenia) in about 15 minutes. The castle and bus station are conveniently located on opposite sides of the road, one on the left and one on the right, which is very handy."

"Booked this hotel for 1 night. Had to wait till 2.45 to get the room which was an absolute dump. The room we booked had flat screen TV, spacious, clean and luxurious looking. The room we were given was horrible. Dirty blood stained chair, hand AND footprints on wall, Bleach stains on carpet, damaged furniture and a TV that looked like it was from the 1970's. Complained to reception and was transferred to another room in a different block. Lost the balcony and sea view that we booked as a result but room was much nicer."
