"The location was very convenient, especially if you want to be close to the bank and the city centre. However, the hotel didn't provide water or a kettle, so I had to ask for tea or coffee each time. Inside, there weren't many facilities, so it might be perfect if you're planning to spend most of your time outside and just use the hotel to sleep. The cleaners can be quite loud in the mornings, and even when I put the sign out for my room to be cleaned, no one noticed. General it was a nice hotel with friendly stuff but regarding facilities I hope they can improve"

"We had very good flights from stansted to ercan, arrived at the hotel and was very impressed with staff coming out to carry out suitcase’s, we stayed in room 201 next to the swimming pool, room is dated but spacious and very clean, the hotel could not run without Melissa she has everything under control, most of the holiday makers are regular visitors and been coming for years, there is no entertainment at this hotel so I could imagine kids getting bored, it’s definitely for the over 50, if you want to just chill this is the right place, you do need a car to get around, my biggest surprise was the cleaners they where excellent, Eddie the bar man is just brilliant, I just hope the owners of this hotel appreciate all the wonderful staff they have, I will be returning next year"

"Booked this hotel for 1 night. Had to wait till 2.45 to get the room which was an absolute dump. The room we booked had flat screen TV, spacious, clean and luxurious looking. The room we were given was horrible. Dirty blood stained chair, hand AND footprints on wall, Bleach stains on carpet, damaged furniture and a TV that looked like it was from the 1970's. Complained to reception and was transferred to another room in a different block. Lost the balcony and sea view that we booked as a result but room was much nicer."

"I was disappointed with my stay at the Ship Inn Hotel in Kyrenia. The atmosphere was very quiet and dull, with mostly elderly guests, and the staff did not seem welcoming. The receptionist handled a booking issue unprofessionally and even suggested I move to another hotel. Mosquitoes were also a big problem, and English tourists seemed to receive better treatment than locals or visitors from Turkiye."
