We had a bad experience due to the unprofessional attitude of the front desk staff and the condition of the rooms (condition and cleanliness). There was a blood stain on the face towel in the room. When we said that they had not sent our invoice from our previous stay, they asked us to send a message from WP. When we sent a message, we received the reply "No accommodation could be found for your name because the year is closed." The buffet variety is not bad, but the quality of the ingredients is generally low. Our key did not work on the last night because our check-out date was processed incorrectly. We had to go back to the front office because we could not get into our room, which we reached by climbing 4 floors of elevator and 1 floor of stairs and passing through a long corridor. When we said that the key was not working, we received the answer "sometimes keys break". While it was not possible for the two keys kept in separate places to be damaged at the same time, it was disturbing that they found excuses instead of apologizing, even though it was their own mistake, even though it was their own mistake, even though we spent time and unnecessary effort to enter our room, which we returned exhausted from.

Check in was a bit too difficult as we were part of a larger company. We had a nice room with a good bed so that we were well rested in the morning, but the bathroom could have been better. Good and versatile breakfast and dinner buffet, and friendly service.

Such a relaxing place to stay. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with Rosa the friendliest greeter.I enjoyed the room with BBC and ITV as well as YouTube on TV. I stayed in the new building where the buffet is. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious with a balcony.Public transport hub right across the street so no need to hire a car.I prefer the ****** across the street better machine selection but their ****** is full in the evening.
