No nos informaron de la posibilidad de guardar los esquís en una consigna y nos prohibieron subirlos a la habitación, con bastante malos modos por parte de una de las personas de recepción. Nuestros esquís desaparecieron de la entrada donde tuvimos que dejarlo por la negativa a que pudiéramos entrarlos

Buenísimo, muy buen servicio y la comida del comedor está muy buena, los camareros son buenas personas. Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado y tienen taquillas para cada persona, las vistas desde las ventanas son impresionantes.

Me atendió Laia un 1 de Enero (día bastante ***** para trabajar) y lo hizo con una sonrisa en todo momento y siendo muy amable. No lo hizo sólo conmigo sino con todos los clientes. Además me dio recomendaciones sobre las pistas y otras cosas que le pregunté.

Uno de los mejores hostales de la Masilla sin exagerar, la comida es riquísima y el servicio es excelente, además de que las habitaciones son bastantes amplias y asequibles a nivel de presupuesto, también comentar que en la tercera planta hay mesa de ping pong y abajo en la recepción hay billar y futbolin. Os recomiendo venir aquí sin duda 10/10. PD: un saludo Luis

Uno de los mejores hostales en el que he estado, un sitio precioso, una comida excelente y un staff muy amable y gracioso. Tienen unos precios bastante asequibles y las habitaciones son muy comodas para la cantidad de gente que cabe. Repetiria sin duda. PD: Un saludo Luis. 🤙

Hemos estado el finde semana, el lugar es fantástico con unas vistas increíbles , la atención genial tanto por parte de la sala como por la de los cocineros, que nos sirvieron un excelente buffet con bastante variedad , PD: la comida riquísima y muy bien elaborada, repetiremos sin duda👌
