L' hôtel est très satisfaisant . Nous nous y retrouvons depuis 16 années d'affilée et attendons toujours avec plaisir ce moment privilégié autour d'une équipe rodée et efficace pour des vacances réussies avec nos enfants et petits enfants . La situation est exceptionnelle au pied des pistes ,des remontées mécaniques et des écoles de ski ainsi que des navettes de bus desservant les domaines de ski nordiques .Les chambres sont confortables , bien exposées , adaptées aux couples et aux familles . L'ambiance y est très chaleureuse , le personnel d'une grande serviabilité toujours proche des clients , le bar , les salons et le restaurant sont des lieux de repos et de rencontres que nous apprécions beaucoup ....Bravo à tous . Vivement les prochaines vacances que toute la famille attend avec impatience .

Très bon accueil et très bon service. Emplacement parfait au pied des pistes. Chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable avec belle vue sur le Bossonnet ( mérite cependant un petit rafraîchissement pour certains éléments). Salons très agréables, très beau cadre. La piscine est très bien aussi, agréable détente en fin de journée.

Emplacement idéal Personnel très agréable Mention particulière à Robin à notre arrivée Très bon petit déjeuner Rénovation attendue car : chambre vieillotte rideau arraché jacuzzi et piscine en panne, réactivation de la carte pour ouvrir la porte chaque jour (le technicien n’est jamais venu ) Nous reviendrons sûrement après rénovation !

We stayed at the hotel for a family skiing holiday late February and could not have been happier. Despite poor snow conditions and high temperatures we could ski in and ski out every day. No car needed. Talking about the car: there was ample parking and even, albeit slightly expensive, charging points for our hybrid car. Rooms were clean, charming and cosy; comfortable beds with firm mattresses. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great selection of warm and cold options, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit to make smoothies. We also had all our dinners at the hotel and the food was excellent, with quick service. Good wine selection that was reasonably priced. Last but not least the common areas offered plenty of space to hang out after skiing and enjoy the bar menu and drinks. Wait staff was very friendly. It is only a short walk to the town square and we enjoyed walking around town. Highly recommend La Clusaz and Hotel Beauregard!

Niveau de service appréciable et apprécié. Séjour agréable et conforme à nos attentes. Personnel disponible, compétent et professionnel. Emplacement idéal en famille, près du village, des pistes de ski et avec un beau panorama.

Room was very small for a twin room. Chipped toilet seat. Chipped enamel on the bath. Toilet roll holder hanging-off the wall. Beds were fresh and comfortable. Robes for the spa are old, tatty and very off-white and off-putting. The spa is like a crèche. Constantly noisy and fully of children, impossible to relax. Bar area full of children and noise. No log fire burning or tranquil ambience - felt like a motorway station. Bar staff rude, inexperienced and noisy themselves. Waiting time unacceptable for bar food (pate!). No room service even though my friend broke her leg!!!! No attempt to see if she needed anything during the days she remained in her room…. Had to beg staff for help at every juncture. It appears to be a lack of training I hope, because if it is attitude, I feel we have not stayed in the same hotel as some of the other reviews, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place. Shabby and very disappointing.

Très bel hôtel et un Excellent service avec le sourire permanent 👏 La vue et l’accès pour les pistes est parfait . Surtout quand il doit y avoir de la neige 😁. Coin terrasse et coin jacuzzi hamam et piscine très accessible et tout est à proximité de vos chambres

We stayed at the hotel in February 2024 and were very happy with the location and the way the staff helped us. The majority of the experience was good, sauna and steam room were clean but the hot tub wasn’t warm at all. Our room was clean and the bathroom was nicely finished although very small for a 4Star hotel. Overall it’s a little expensive for the type and size of room, it’s the location you’re paying for.
