Hôtel et Spa le Chamois by Odalys
"We used this hotel for a 4 day ski break in La Clusaz and we couldn’t fault it to be honest. The rooms were spacious, clean and warm and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too, with some excellent views whilst you are eating and thinking about the ski day ahead. The ski locker room was accessible and it’s possible to walk through the carpark, across the road and have a very short ski down to the Bossonnet chair in less than 5 minutes. The WiFi was a little slow but sufficient to stream on the TV. The bars and restaurants at the top end of the village are just a few minutes stroll away. We’d definitely stay here again."

"Hotel carlina was excellent for February skiing. The hotel staff are great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is magnificent with lots of options. The ski lifts are a 5 minute walk and the town is very close."

"Booked as part of a ski package but we were very impressed. Ski in and out right to the door with very handy ski lockers in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner was great, breakfast had many options and dinner was almost like fine dining every night. Rooms had everything you needed and were very modern. Spa area was great with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Many bars and restaurants around us with a 5min walk into the center of town. Reception area is lovely and perfect for chilling out. The level of service from the staff was some of the best I've ever experienced they were all fantastic"

"We stayed for 5 nights and ate in the restaurant twice for dinner and once for breakfast. Food was excellent on all occasions and staff were very helpful and provided great service. Check in and check out were completed without issues. Room was "snug" and the lift needs replacing. "

"Just returned home from a great five night stay in this lovely hotel. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed being able to ski from the hotel down to the Beauregard gondola and back via the poma outside the hotel. One day we were even able to ski back to the locker room door after a sizeable fall of snow! Enjoyed our ample breakfasts and delicious, more than ample, dinners. The one criticism would be the unsightly mould in the grout over the bath."

"The hotel is very well located. The staff is fantastic, from the reception to the kitchen and dining room service, the bar, and the entertainment, with a special mention for the activity leaders, Eloïse, Elodie, and Emma, not forgetting Paul, thanks to whom we had a wonderful time. We came for a snowshoeing holiday, and with the perfect snow and sunshine, we had a fantastic week. This is our third year here. The free shuttle buses stop right outside the residence all day, which is a real bonus."

"We were the only English family of around 50 French families. We did not feel any different and were greeted by all with warmth and friendship. I feel it has a 2 star rating as the rooms and communal areas are not luxurious, but everything works and us comfortable, plus it does not matter when you are on an active holiday. The food however was 4*. Fantastic choice, delicious and healthy. There was no expense spared in the quality and choice on offer. Absolutely brilliant and highly recommended."

"Our stay at this hotel for our late-January ski adventure was fantastic. The location is unbeatable—right next to the chairlift, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the slopes. As a family-run hotel, it exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The facilities were exactly what we needed, and we had a great time at the après-ski bar—especially enjoying the “lady” beer, which became a group favorite. A special thank you to Florian for ensuring we were well taken care of and helping us settle in. You and your family made our stay truly memorable!"
