What is there to say, a great hotel with wonderful staff and rooms! They are at the top of their class with any need taken care of. The beach club is very nice and the pools up top great. Fitness center is well worth the time and the mountain biking trip very doable and fun. Will certainly go again!

Parfait, lieu magnifique , immergé dans la nature , le séjour devient extrêmement apaisant ,toutes les installations sont très belles , le personnel est au top attentionné , souriant et professionnel . Une qualité de service exceptionnelle avec des petites attentions qui font la différence avec d’autres 5 étoiles , c’est un budget mais nous partons avec déjà l’envie de revenir

Attention! Propriétaires de chiens. Au moment de la réservation l'hôtel ne vous dira pas que les chiens ne sont pas admis à la plage (alors que nous avions bien prévenu que nous avions un chien au moment de réserver). Notre chienne n'étant pas habituée à rester seule nous sommes donc coincés dans cet hôtel pendant 3 Jours. Même si l'hôtel en soit n'est pas mal il st totalement inadmissible de ne pas prévenir les clients.

Franchement très contente de mon séjour, personnels vraiment très gentil tout le temps souriant. Hôtel très propre grâce aux nombreuses femmes de ménage très gentil et très professionnel. Jai très bien mangé sans sortir de l'hôtel. Merci 😁

Absolutely Unbelievabke!!!!!! the hotel, staff, food, location and the rooms are superbe.Especially EVAN who looked after my granddaughter and I with efficiency, knowledge and really good humor. I will definitely be back with hubby and have one of the amazing rooms on the beach. Thank you to all the staff who made our staff smooth and relaxing. Xxx

De 2 choses l’une, le service était irréprochable et d’une précision à rendre jaloux la moitié du département. Mais avant toute chose, je me dois de parler de notre serveur, JEMERY.. Tout coule sur lui, autant la sueur qu’il dépense que l’élégance dont il fait preuve. Chaque client qu’il croisera s’en souviendra. Merci Pépé.

absolute stunner of a property. rooms are gorgeous, staff is very friendly. we are on the younger side and at first felt a little out of place but the staff was so warm and made it feel very welcomed. this is just nit picking and the staff did all they can about this issue, was the bee's around the restaurant by the pool, some of those bees were HUGE, granted we didn't get bit but my wife was definitely spooked every time we ate breakfast. but the staff did everything they possibly could to ward them off. the beach club is a must! brigitane was so good as well. cant say enough about the staff. ERICA AT THE MAIN POOL YOU ARE AN DELIGHT THANK YOU FOR THE CONVERSATIONS AND MAKING US FEEL LIKE WE BELONGED.

This is a special place. The architecture of this place is great. It blends in so well with its surrounding. The Perfectly chosen interior and decoration just make sense. The menu is divine, honest delicacies that also blend in with the region. The wine list is a dream. If you think you are staying in a hotel or a restaurant.. I think you could as well say you are staying above a treasure of wine history, of which most restaurants would dream of. This is a gem.

Nous avons fait un déjeuner au Pépé et sommes très déçus. Accueil déplorable, la réceptionniste est dans l'urgence comme il est impossible de réserver c'est la pagaille. Nous avions une table près des cuisines le bruit incessant des bouteilles vides nous a fait oublié l'endroit on avait plutôt l'impression d'être à côté d'un container à verre. La nourriture est plutôt bonne. Par contre nous avions pris l'apéritif dans l'établissement à côté La Brigantine et là le service était Top et de surcroît souriant ce qui n'est pas le cas au Pépé. Pour résumer trop de différences entre les établissements.
