The Parador is a first-class hotel structure with an excellent location.
But since there is nothing more than admission staff, carts for transporting luggage are missing, given the distances to the existing rooms.
We miss the existence of a computerized point with at least two computers connected to the Internet that can cover work or communication incidents that a guest may have.
The cafeteria has a lot to improve in terms of speed of service, temperature and execution of the dishes. Sandwiches with the correct content arrive cold and with the bread half-toasted.
It's easy to solve.
And you have to put an updated TV with a large size and sound quality, most of the time when the cafeteria fills up it coincides with the broadcast of a sporting event and you can no longer watch it on a TV like the current one.
It is unacceptable that a Bar bill cannot be paid by using the different customer cards with the fractional amounts they decide. It is a facility for shared payment that is already common practice in any establishment.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, con buenas instalaciones. Desayuno muy bueno, y además con muchas variedades de productos sin gluten. Lo único que no le gustó es que en la piscina no hay suficientes tumbonas y los socorristas retendrían que averiguar mejor las ocupaciones de ellas, porque había gente que ocupaba tumbonas a las sombras y también al sol

Extremely well renovated historical building, with quality materials and nice design. Spacious rooms, restaurant with variety of local food, bar, spa center and the best - just within several minutes walking to the royal palace and park with 100.000 trees and beautiful fountains.

Si algo valoro mas que el propio Parador es su "personal" en este caso como en las anteriores ocasiones en recepción siempre ha sido se sumo agrado con atenciones que en ningún otro Parador han tenido. Como el cambio de habitación a una categoría superior por no estar disponible la reservada ( hora muy temprana a mi llegada ) su utilización a primera hora de la mañana por motivos personales incluso dejar la habitación al medio día después de pruebas deportivas. La cercanía, amabilidad su "profesionalidad". El ser Amigo de Paradores en mi caso no solo es su edificación, situación es como ya he dicho su personal de hay deriva una estancia "excepcional" como ustedes preguntan en esta encuesta. Y el Parador de la Granja es para mi uno de los mejores de toda la Red de Paradores. Nunca he echo una mala critica de ninguno aunque si es cierto que también las ha habido. Por todo ello ruego se traslade este comentario al personal de recepción, restauración y demás empleados. Como también pueden comprobar a lo largo de los mas de 22 años como Amigo de Paradores no es solo un comentario mas si no que esta basado en una experiencia junto a mi familia. "Excepcional".
