I called to make a reservation for my Boss and Vinnie in the reservations department took my call. He was courteous, pleasant, friendly and very professional. Vinnie was patient with me and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Vinnie did an amazing job! I definitely give him A+++ all the way. Thank you!

Doriena did an amazing job on my nails and toes and she was very talkative I loved having a conversation with her talked a lot of stuff got to know each other better. She was extremely kind, and amazing. She is an amazing employee. 10/10 experience for my second time there

The entire experience was beyond lovely. The location, all the room details and the views were all heavenly. The AR Valentien restaurant was spectacular. I was able to experience a treatment at the wonderful spa. I am already planning my trip to go back to have another facial with Andrea as she was beyond amazing. Just out front of the property is the entry point to so many hiking trails with magnificent views. As glorious as all of this was, it was the entire staff that made it all a top-notch experience. Every single person you come in contact with was so helpful, friendly and absolutely delightful. I can highly recommend a stay here and know you won’t be disappointed.

Renee gave me the best options. She answered all my questions and even gave me information on things I did not think about. Customer service has seemed to have gone downhill almost everywhere, The Lodge at Torrey Pines is a throwback to what I have been used to with top-quality service.

Our family of four stayed over spring break for four nights before heading up to LA and Disneyland. The service, rooms, view, and the general ambiance were just fantastic. Although it is technically a high end hotel it never felt stuffy or pretentious - quite the opposite. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the grill several days, and our boys(ages 11 and 13) had a fantastic time swimming in the heated pool when they were not on the golf course with their father. I truly can't say enough good things about this establishment. This may be my favorite place we've ever stayed - it was so hard to leave!

I booked a room on behalf of my Vice President, and he had a last minute reservation change and needed to add an additional night onto his stay just two days before he was supposed to check-in. Both Renee Stauffer and Mara Kent were incredibly helpful in assisting me with this last minute request. Not only were they able to honor my group rate (as I booked through a room block with a discounted rate), but they were able to accommodate and keep me in the same room for all 4 nights of my stay even though I technically had to make a separate reservation for the last minute additional night I needed to add. Renee's and Mara's professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring my needs were met surpassed all expectations. Their prompt responses and willingness to accommodate our room preference made the last minute scramble quick, easy, and stress-free. Exceptional service from two stellar sales agents!
