The hotel owner and her family are very friendly. The house is very clean. I just showed up and they provided a room for me. They had dinner delivered for me. In the morning Maria made me breakfast. The fees for the meals and any extras are very reasonable. Zona Americana is a very safe place to stay. I am American and I have stayed at another location in the Zone a few years ago.

La habitación estaba mal arreglada, no había papel sanitario, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no proporcionan jabón. El servicio es arrogante, te cobran por el más mínimo servicio, como usar un microondas. Al entrar no te proporcionan llaves y dificulta el acceso. Hay un perro que es un problema.
