So, there are good and bad aspects to this hotel. We stayed five nights, so had a fairly in depth experience. To start with, we had booked a suite. When we booked in we were allocated a room and I kept thinking, surely this isn’t a suite. My French isn’t great, so there was a language barrier. But I even showed the reception girl my booking and she still got it wrong. After the second night, I asked again at reception and it turned out that there had been a mistake. They upgraded us from an ‘Executive’ room to a junior suite. That’s all well and good. They did refund the difference and give us a complimentary couples massage. The massage was truly excellent. There are three restaurants. A Tunisian one serving a la carte and buffet, a really good Italian and a fantastic authentic Indian. The Indian restaurant served some of the best food we’ve had. The Italian was also great. Really lovely staff too. The Tunisian one was awful. Ambivalent, couldn’t be bothered rude staff, over priced mediocre food and very busy. The outdoor pool was a godsend, and we used it every day. It’s a full sized pool and wasn’t usually too busy. Loved it, and spent a lot of time swimming and sunbathing. Really nice pool boy too. As we had a suite we had unlimited access to the VIP lounge. Nibbles and drinks on tap and again lovely staff. That was great too. Our second room ‘Junior suite’ was really big with a lovely sitting room, great bathroom and usefully, two toilets. However, there was an awful smell in there, that just wouldn’t go away. Overall, I wouldn’t go back. Considering we booked one of the best rooms in a five star hotel, attention to detail and customer service could be a lot better.

I will continue to stay here next time. The scenery is so beautiful. This hotel is more suitable for vacation because the place I live is a little far from the lobby. The Italian restaurant is more expensive but the taste is okay.

After a harassing arrival from the airport in the 35-grade bout tumult, the Palace must be a bargain of peace (climate, space, staff politeness). The room is very comfortable and comfortable. in the bathroom (!!), fixed telephone fixed on the wall of the bathroom next to the hair dryer (when you want to play the François clauses), electrical takes placed incongruous places ... As regards hygiene, the room is The hotel is a very clean and clean room and is not clean. The toilets are clean, but they produce a sound of a fat perceiver as the hunt is shot, as if a mason had suddenly started works at your home. The toilets are roughly rough for 10 good minutes. The hotel's swimming pool is superb and could offer a very pleasant environment if the hotel had not decided to transform the places into a night box, continuously broadcasting dancing music to any berzingue, The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. If you look for the tasteful landing with a thousand flavors from the east, it is actually the cafeteria of the cola that lands in your bases: cartridge cereals, ultra sugar synthesis juice, Canigou sauces, yahourt of large surfaces, The Lipton insipide ... There would still be so much to say about this alleged 5 star Palace ... Prefer the Four seasons, just next to it. You will leave a kid but at least you will know why!
