"Terrible facility, disgusting, dirty, and unlike the photos posted on various websites to lure guests. *********** should also investigate and not lend itself to these outright scams. They know money well; on the day of checkout, they tried to charge me again the same amount I'd paid at check-in (more than what was shown on the *********** website), telling me the transaction hadn't yet been processed. I had to threaten to call the police to leave. The staff was arrogant, incompetent, rude, and dirty. I constantly had to dispute the bills for food and beverages at the various establishments, which were always artificially inflated. There was no bidet or bathrobe, and the room and bathroom finishes were terrible (third world, not a 4-star establishment). The "continental" breakfast consisted of just yogurt, omelets, and small glass jars of jam, butter, and chocolate, which were sometimes "tasted" and then returned to guests (it was disgusting). No soap dish, no towel rack, moldy silicone everywhere, exposed wires, sometimes no water, the weak Wi-Fi didn't work everywhere, the remote control didn't work. In short, a nightmare place."
