I will continue to stay here next time. The scenery is so beautiful. This hotel is more suitable for vacation because the place I live is a little far from the lobby. The Italian restaurant is more expensive but the taste is okay.

Golden should be manly about it and give back at least two stars. It is a 3 stars property. Dirty. Filthy dirty. The employees have no manners to the point that to make them stop i threatened to call the police at 1:00 am. This place should be closed for a health inspection, demoted by the Tourism Ministry and delisted from *******.

The swimming pool and the bar conform to the description, but the room in the residence leaves something to be desired... they added an extra bed to me... the mattress was outside in a bad state, marks of all kinds and very damaged... I didn't think it was for my room, sofa and armchair with traces of blood and crushed cigarette butts I will never return to this hotel..

The residence we had was old, sofa dirty, ac remote did not work, tv did not work and bathroom sink would not drain. Paid to sleep in a decent bed and swim in a pool that bad no towels. Reception and cleaning ladies nice. Should have been offered a new room right away, instead waited for maintenance that took forever so we gave up.
