В номере было 2 окна с видом на стены, не было батарей, было очень холодно. Номер был большой, ремонт неплохой. Фена, утюга и пр. нет. Нет даже воды!!!

Находится в самом центре. Холл отеля с претензией на что-то, в хорошем состоянии. Персонал довольно дружелюбный. Но! Сами номера в очень запущенной состоянии. Они требуют основательного обновления. Сантехника, мебель, двери, замки - все старое и частично не рабочее.

Arriving in La Paz at dusk, I was shocked by the night view of the mountain city as I exited the airport. It was already dark when we arrived at the hotel. It is located absolutely in the city center, adjacent to the witch market, and there are colonial-style streets outside the hotel. The hotel service is good and the service staff are of good quality!

口コミが良かったので宿泊をしましたが、2度目はないと思う結果です。チェックインの対応は良かったのですが、以降は全てダメ。まず部屋にタオルがなくて、フロントに電話しても、ルーム係に言っても、フロントに直接行ってもタオルは届かず長いこと待たされました。
朝食付きの予約だったので、朝食提供時間より前に出発することをチェックイン時に伝えたら、朝食ボックスを用意すると言っていたのに、翌朝のチェックアウト時には「ない」の一言で終わり、詫びることもなく知らんぷりの対応に朝から嫌な気分になりました。口コミが参考にならないこともよくわかりました。
