Un autre problème est le personnel naviguant, clients aussi qui reste autour de la piscine à bavarder à longueur de journée, ou les séminaires qui ajoutent une nuisance importante lorsque le séjour et prévu pour la détente. Le personnel est souriant et chaleureux, toutefois il y a un manque de formation pour l'hôtellerie de luxe. Un 5 étoiles devrait être plus à l'écoute du turn-over des employés et de la qualité des services rendus.
