The hotel is great for us! The beach just in front of the hotel. Room is clean, big and have sea view with balcony. We love the outdoor swimming pool, that’s cool beautiful and have shallow water for kids to play with. The water is little bit cold but acceptable. We are pretty much enjoyed in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, excellent views from room. Bedroom nice. Breakfast was very complete. Although it was cold season room had heater, the shower was nice and hot. Lots of drinking water available in chilled or hot dispensers on each floor. Restaurant was pricey but daily specials were good.

One of best experiences in Chile. Swimming pool is big and water is very clean. I think the person who manages it is very hard worker. Thank you very much. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit and bread. To beach, takes only 3 minutes by walk. Almost just besides to beach.
What a bit concerned is speed of wifi in room. Hope it can be faster. But I think not a big deal.

It lacks air conditioning, the restaurant is expensive and the beaches were not the best, the sautéed potatoes were very bad...I left more than half the plate, I would not return

Average hotel, certainly not 4*. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed was like a bouncy castle which I found really uncomfortable. Shower worked well. Pool area is decent with a full bar and snacks but no table service. Breakfast is a buffet affair. Again, ok but not 4*. Service was fine but do the online pre check in admin online to avoid a lengthy check in.

Very good hotel in La Serena, even much better than the Enjoy hotel, which has dropped a lot in quality. He highlighted the facilities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, plenty of green space, good breakfast and a good restaurant for lunch or dinner, good service in general. To improve care in the lounge chairs since they were all dirty (the mattress), they should have room service.
