Domos Dream

On 09/07 I made a reservation for 3 people (me, my sister and my 6-year-old niece). Approximately at 6:00 p.m. we checked in and went out to dinner on Avenida del Mar, we were there when there was an earthquake of approx. 6.4. We quickly went to our accommodation, arriving we found the lady who had previously checked us in, telling us that we had to leave (evacuate) the accommodation and that there were no longer any guests there, only us and she was already leaving. We went and got our belongings and left. We called an Uber and went to look for a place to stay (obviously higher up, where it was safe) it was not easy, but it was done... The next day I wrote to ask if I could get a refund and they responded that it was our decision to leave and that the others guests had returned, so there was NO chance to refund. With a 6.4 earthquake, do you think we are going to return, if the accommodation is meters from the sea!?… the region being an area with quite a few tremors, earthquakes do not have a protocol… zero criteria in this situation (not even a percentage)… It was my 3rd time staying there, what a shame.

comfortable, clean, original, well located, safe, you couldn't ask for more. I have been several times, perhaps the breakfast could be more substantial but it has improved compared to previous years, I prefer these places to an apar**ent or similar

We stayed in a hotel room and nothing to say, the service is good, they clean the rooms and cabins every day. The domes inside are very nice, the rooms and cabins very spacious and clean. They give you a very good breakfast and have free parking. Best of all, they accept pets! The cabins are located very close to the beach. Very good accommodation experience.
